No refunds on custom/lifted orders or ATVs over 30 days
Inventory subject to availability—backorders ship within 3 days

Warranty & Returns

New: Factory warranty (Yamaha/Club Car/EZGO)
Used/Refurb: 30-day limited—engine/battery only
AS-IS sales: No warranty, no returns
Returns: 10% restock fee, customer pays return freight

Limitation of Liability

Products sold AS-IS WHERE-IS. We are not liable for consequential damages, misuse, improper maintenance, or off-road use. Max liability = purchase price.

Governing Law

Idaho law applies. Disputes resolved in Nampa Idaho courts. ATV age/use restrictions per state law (buyer responsible).
